On Saturday, July 12, 2025, the city of Livorno will once again become a hub of sports, inclusion, and entertainment with the return of the Sport White Night 2025, now in its third edition. From 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM, the entire Sport Citadel area — spanning Via dei Pensieri, Via Allende, and key sports venues such as the Armando Picchi Stadium, PalaMacchia, and the Camalich Pool — will transform into a dynamic, family-friendly sports village.
✨ A Festival of Movement and Inclusion
Organized by Fondazione LEM with support from the City of Livorno and the local CONI (Italian Olympic Committee), this free-entry event invites participants of all ages to try more than 100 different sports. Whether you’re into basketball, karate, windsurfing simulators, or even pony riding, there is something for everyone.
One of the standout features is the Inclusive Football Village, organized by the FIGC (Italian Football Federation), featuring adapted football formats, EA Sports FC 25 gaming zones, foosball, live commentary, and music from local DJs.
A new addition for 2025 is the eSports zone, along with a professional skatepark and a historical exhibition featuring 220 jerseys celebrating the 110th anniversary of US Livorno 1915.
🎤 Special Guests and Performances
At 10:00 PM, acclaimed storyteller and journalist Federico Buffa will take the stage to share captivating stories from Livorno’s rich sports history, in conversation with local artist Stefania Renda. Another major highlight is the appearance of Ambra Sabatini, gold medalist and Italian flagbearer at the 2024 Paris Paralympic Games.
Sky Sport will also be filming a special feature on local youth athletes for the show La Giovane Italia, adding a national spotlight to this local celebration.
