If you want to taste local products, you’ll find mozzarella and pecorino, flavorful ham, seasonal fruit, and some pretty good bottles. And every day, fresh milk, yogurt, soft cheeses, and bread arrive, including the Tuscan one without salt, perfect for making the classic bruschetta, with garlic, tomato, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
